ScalableAIs Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScalableAIs (scalableais.com), whether as a candidate, employer representative, academy student, or visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Marketplace Standards & Integrity

To eliminate spam listings, phantom jobs, and fraudulent applicants, all users must adhere to the following standards:

Genuine Roles Only: Employers may only publish active, funded opportunities with transparent compensation bounds.
Truth in Qualifications: Candidates must provide truthful representations of their technical competencies and work histories.
No Candidate Fees: Under no circumstance may an employer charge fees to candidates for job applications, interviews, or assessments.
No Data Harvesting: Scraping candidate resumes or profile contact information for unapproved marketing or mass email solicitation is strictly prohibited.

3. AI Skills Academy & Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, course syllabi, engineering handbooks, and automated evaluation rubrics provided by ScalableAIs are the proprietary intellectual property of ScalableAIs or its licensed contributors.

Student Code Submissions:

You retain ownership of any original code you author and submit to our practical coding simulation environments. By submitting code for automated rubric grading, you grant ScalableAIs a limited, non-exclusive license to execute, analyze, and evaluate the code to generate objective scoring reports.

4. Platform Quality & Disclaimer of Warranties

ScalableAIs operates a verified marketplace and practical simulation academy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SCALABLEAIS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF SPECIFIC HIRING OUTCOMES, INTERVIEW GUARANTEES, OR EMPLOYMENT OFFERS.
