To maintain marketplace trust, hiring organizations provide corporate email domains, company entity names, official websites, and operational headquarters data. This data is reviewed strictly for organizational verification.
C. Academy Simulation Data
In the Practical AI Academy, we store coding lab submissions, execution outputs, and automated rubric evaluation reports to track skill mastery and issue verifiable credential attestations.
D. System Audit Logs
For platform security and abuse prevention, our database records administrative audit events (e.g., role updates, login attempts, and moderation actions) with timestamps, IP addresses, and user agents in an internal AuditLog table.
3. How We Use and Share Information
- Facilitating Direct Applications: When a candidate applies to a job, their profile snapshot and cover letter are shared exclusively with the verified employer who published that listing.
- Automated Grading & Feedback: Simulation submissions are analyzed by server-side evaluation engines to provide objective scoring against documented rubrics.
- Fraud & Spam Prevention: We audit organization registrations to prevent recruiter impersonation, ghost listings, and unauthorized scrapers.
